Christina aka “Kitty” is the newest member of the Stoptime Live crew, working as a camera operator, AC, and assistant office manager.
In 2011, she graduated Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Film and Video with a concentration in Cinematography. Her first internship out of school was with the camera department at Phathom Films, where she shot green screen, HDR, and Steadicam footage. Christina has also worked for Pixelfish and Lightswitch, companies which offers videos to help promote small businesses.
Since joining the Stoptime Live team Christina has traveled all over the country filming live events, promo clips, documentaries, and music videos. Starting with two weeks in Miami at WMC, Christina worked as 2nd camera operator, and steadicam operator. Within a week she had proved herself and was DP’ing live event shoots. Throughout the year Christina shot on various festivals including Camp Bisco for a live internet stream, Counterpoint Music Festival in Atlanta, and Riot Fest in Chicago for live event projections. In the past year Christina has shot interviews with Nervo, Hardwell, and Ghostland Observatory, and music videos for Armada Music, and Black Hole Recordings. In the corporate marketing world, Christina shot and did post production on projects for The Art Institute of Chicago, America’s Got Talent, Groupon, and Walgreens.
She has an appreciation for the art of storytelling through film. Christina is a highly dedicated individual and a fast learner, taking responsibility in all aspects of production with a constant desire to progress and develop as an artist.
