Oliver Englafjord, A Timelapse tale of the City is a music video tetralogy edited for Black Hole recordings and the mysterious Icelandic producer, Oliver Englafjord. In this second Chapter we are introduced to the miniature city that Oliver inhabits on his spare time, and the snow that falls in the real city as it turns to winter.
